A large detatched bungalow in the heart of the city required a conversion, turning the property into a two-storey home. The works carried out included:
- Timber frame walls insulated and internally boarded, felt and batten
- Feature walls constructed
- Chimney re-built
- Roof felt, batten and tiled
- Render preparation
- 1st fix Plumbing & Electrics
- Bathroom tiling
Edward Clarke of EAC Build contacted Sieve Studio during the final stages of the conversion, to request photography services for the grand reveal.
