“So, what’s it worth?” The inevitable question asked in an investment negotiation. Too often, the investor sets the value because the entrepreneur has little appreciation of the real value and is not in a position to bargain.
This MasterClass covers the most important valuation methods which are used at all stages of deal making from start-up through venture capital to the final acquisition by a big corporate. All entrepreneurs and TTO’s need a good understanding of these methods and how to apply them.
The MasterClass takes place during two sessions with a break in between. Can’t spend an entire day? No worries, it will be recorded so you can play it back at your convenience. We’ll send you all the models used as well, so you can adapt them for your own deals. We’ll keep the maths minimal, but you should be familiar with Excel.
