David Lloyd Leisure enlisted the help of Luke Thomas, 19, to cook up some dishes from their 'DLicious' menu in front of a live audience of club members. Luke is the head chef of Luke's Dining Room in Berkshire and will soon be starring in a BBC documentary.
The Somersault team put together a live cooking demonstration at the High Wycombe David Lloyd club, allowing members to taste all of the food on offer.
This behind the scenes video follows Team Somersault throughout the day as they work through a number of challenging set ups including a live cooking demonstration, gym training shots and vox pop interviews.
