Moving the cell pointer from one worksheet to another worksheet in the same workbook can be done with either a mouse or the keyboard. Anybody who ever attended one of my courses or is an astute reader of this tip series knows I absolutely love keyboard shortcuts. So unless you really want to pick up your mouse and click on the worksheet tab at the bottom of the workbook window or use the tab scrolling buttons to the left of the worksheet tabs, try out these nifty keyboard shortcuts.
Here’s how:
- Press CTRL + PGUP to jump to the last selected cell in the previous worksheet.
- Press CTRL + PGDN to jump to the last selected cell in the next worksheet.
It doesn’t matter whether you use the Page Up and Page Down buttons on the numeric keypad or elsewhere on the keyboard.
