1 - Start Early
Let's be honest, you start thinking about Monday way before it happens, so why not tackle that Sunday evening nagging feeling and get a head start on your working week by using OneNote to create a to do list? You can even do this from your phone while you're on a Netflix binge - Stranger Things anyone?
2 - Always book a Monday morning meeting
Rather than waste an hour catching up on the weekend's gossip, book yourself an early meeting so that you can dive straight into your working week while you're feeling fresh from the weekend. There's no better feeling than starting the week productively: start as you mean to go on! You can always reward yourself with a coffee break catchup later...

3 - Warm up by ticking tasks off your to do list
Go to your list and identify some tasks that require little to no effort, tick at least four things off and then pick the one you really don't want to do and just get stuck in! You'll be much better for having 'eaten the frog', and then you can focus on getting things done.
You can create tasks directly from Outlook, and even from OneNote, which is particularly useful for converting action points from meetings into tasks:
