The Future Leaders Steering Committee is run as part of RIBA’s Large Practice Group with a remit to raise awareness of emerging trends in the construction industry and open up debate on current and future issues the industry faces. Tom joined rhp in 2011 after completing his studies at Bath and Cardiff. He has worked on a variety of projects whilst with the Practice including the Orion Primary School and the Moller Centre. As Secretary of the local branch of the RIBA – the Cambridge Association of Architects - he is actively involved in raising the profile of architecture to the wider community of Cambridge. His aim with working with the Steering Committee is to share his learnings from practice with other young individuals with a shared objective of shaping the future of the profession and is particularly looking forward to the Design Leadership Summit taking place at Birmingham Library on 1 October.
