Websites can also be tricky, particularly if there are many pages and sub-pages. It is a good idea, whenever possible, to provide the copy in a Word document format, which will ensure that nothing gets missed.
"If your electronic document is password protected, make sure you either remove the password or provide it to your project manager or translator. If your document is web-based, make sure you provide all the relevant links and information.
