2020 has been a tough year for businesses, and some have had it even tougher than others. On top of Brexit bluster and pandemic panic, Cambridge-based digital marketing agency Sookio entered the year reeling from the shock of their office nearly burning down.

Other businesses would be lucky to simply survive, but Sookio have thrived by rapidly adapting their services. Training was taken online. Video was shot safely and edited remotely. Messaging focused on desperately needed clarity and support.

It worked.

The end of the 2019/20 financial year saw new roles created, and turnover rising by over 25%. Now, this creativity and resilience is being widely recognised, with two award nominations in one month.
