UK Hi-Tech Developers' Conference is on target to be bigger and better

The embedded systems conference and hardware developers’ conference combine to create a single UK event for senior hi-tech developers.

The organisers of The UK Device Developers' Conference have announced that it is on target to be a bigger and more informative event than previous years. This year’s Conference will be spread over two days and will also run alongside HW/Expo, a conference for hardware developers. The 2016 event will offer more workshops, more presentations and a new dedicated exhibition space focused on hardware development.

The Device Developers' Conference and HW/Expo will take place at The Belfry in Cambourne on  27th and 28th April. Attendance at the Conferences is free for engineers, scientists and technical managers.

"The 2016 conference is shaping up to be our best Conference to date," said Richard Blackburn, Conference Manager. "We are on target to have a really strong agenda, covering topics such as safety critical software, IoT development, Interface development and the testing and debugging of complex hardware.”

Over recent years the Device Developers' Conference has attracted engineers from across the UK and Europe. With an exhibition of tools and technologies, technical presentations from industry experts and a series of half-day workshops, the Conference has gained a reputation for being well organised and highly productive. Over 350 developers attended the 2015 Conference.

"Our objective is always to create a relaxed forum where vendors and developers can share their knowledge and explore new solutions for future projects," said Richard Blackburn. "

Development tool and technology companies from around the world participate in the Device Developers’ Conference, with German debug tool company Lauterbach being a lead sponsor.  For the 2016 event, LED and display technology specialist, Intelligent Embedded Systems has also agreed to be a lead sponsor.
