Vibratricity patent issued

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has formally issued a founding patent (No. 9,350,274) to innovative clean energy technology company Vibratricity.

 

The patent originated from research work conducted in Cambridge (2013) on harvesting different forms of vibration energy by a single novel device.

As miniature as it is, this energy multiplexing device has more than: 20 architectural configurations, 10 degrees-of-freedom, and 5 transduction methods.

The patent was filed (App. No. 14/199916) in the first quarter of 2014, published by USPTO in the third quarter of 2015 and issued (No. 9,350,274) in this second quarter of 2016.
