Vic Annells, Director of UKTI, Saudi is in Cambridge next week

Join Cambridge Chamber and UKTI for as they put the spotlight on doing business in Saudi and the Middle East.

New opportunities to do business in the Saudi region will be highlighted at this special seminar taking place immediately before July’s Global Business Network evening on Tuesday (26 July 2016).

In the last 12 months, the Chamber has processed documents relating to £34.5 million worth of exports to Saudi. It’s a growing market that consistently features in the top three countries being served by Cambridgeshire exporters.

It says: "Working in partnership with UKTI we’ve secured the expertise of Vic Annells, Director of UKTI, Saudi, for a very special evening of introductions to this opportunity-rich market. Vic leads a 24-strong team responsible for helping UK companies win business in the country and benefit from Saudi’s ambitious growth agenda, including £3.3billion worth of contracts in the year to March 2016.

"As well as securing a personal introduction you’ll also hear about the economic environment, cultural factors that should be taken into consideration when exploring new market opportunities in the country plus a breakdown of the specific business opportunities currently on offer.

"After this seminar you are invited to stay on at the Global Business Network where you will have the chance to speak to the presenters individually and have any questions answered."
