Victoria Corbishley joins Eastern Academic Health Science Network

Victoria Corbishley has been appointed as the Eastern Academic Health Science Network’s (EAHSN) programme lead. Victoria joins from NHS England where she is currently Head of New Models of Care.

Victoria’s role as Head of New Models of Care saw her develop a learning series for vanguards that brought national and international health experts together with subject matter experts and vanguards working to accelerate sustainable models of care.

Victoria will lead and deliver the EAHSN’s ambitious new core programmes to realise tangible improvements and benefits for the health of local people. Specifically, Victoria will lead the introduction of two new programmes: improving provider efficiency, effectiveness and quality and a primary care accelerator. These programmes will focus EAHSN investments into new areas of work that support local businesses to work with the NHS and for the NHS to benefit from the skills and capabilities present across the Eastern region.

Dr Steve Feast, Managing Director of EAHSN said, ‘Victoria’s experience and drive for improvement will be tremendous assets in the next phase of our development and we look forward to working with her’.

Victoria Corbishley added, ‘I am delighted to be joining the team at EAHSN. With an innovative and exciting programme of work ahead, I am looking forward to being inspired through close collaboration with the talented health and care systems in the East’.
