The commodity trading software provider has agreed to a new 10-year lease on space totalling 7,451 sq ft (692 sq m) and will occupy part of the first floor of the three storey building. Brady Plc will pay an annual rent of £193,726, equating to £26 per sq ft (£279 per sq m).
Phillip Ridoutt, director of business space at Savills Cambridge, comments: “The demand for high quality Grade A office space in Cambridge’s northern fringe area has continued to grow. Victory House is yet another example of rents rising in the region over the past six to nine months, outpacing previous forecasts and generating increasingly strong returns for our client.”
