The research is looking in detail at the local scene regarding the recruitment of graduates. Are there sufficient quality graduates available in your sector? Do they have all of the skills that your business requires? How aware are they of the priorities, challenges and opportunities a business has? How do you think your recruitment needs will change over the next five to 10 years?
