LabMaster™ FA provides full analytical prober control to enable easy operation of the tool. It includes wafer mapping capability for die to die probing, video click & shoot for easy navigation, probe tracking to help with needle positioning and system accessory control including optics and temperature environments.
Updated to be Windows 10 compatible, LabMaster™ FA takes advance of new technology developments including offering support to a wider range of video systems. In addition, the latest version enables users to choose from a selection of scripting languages, including Python. Other user interface enhancements include improved functionality for touchscreen operation, multi-video input and clearer device control for probes, stage and microscope.
