Understanding Growth Capability and its impact on future performance and value is vital for every business, regardless of industry sector. Measuring this link reveals unseen capability weaknesses hindering growth. When strengthened, these can unlock immediate revenue and profit for a company. It also helps to de-risk your business and accelerate growth – decisively and confidently.

Measuring Growth Capability requires a rigorous, evidence-based assessment matrix, which most businesses do not have. They’re also nervous, because they perceive the process to be complex, invasive and expensive………..but it doesn’t need to be. A new service, launched recently in the UK, enables companies to measure Growth Capability easily, effectively and quickly.

Camrosh invites you to an interactive lunch and learn session to find out more. The session will be led by James Raath, Director and Co-founder of Commercial Impact Index Ltd.

To take advantage of the rapidly changing business landscape and avoid losing ground to competitors, CEOs need to be confident of their company’s capability to deliver growth now, and into the future. Investors who provide growth capital also base their investment decisions on fact-based analysis, to give them confidence in their investment targets.

During this 90-minute interactive session, attendees will gain an overview of the Growth Predictor IndexTM approach and how to take advantage of this to accelerate growth from within the business. The topics covered are:

  • What is the Growth Predictor Index?
  • Why does it matter?
  • How it becomes a game-changer for your business
  • Case studies
  • A challenge to participants

Who should attend?

This will be most relevant to CEOs and leadership teams from small, high-growth (60+ employees) companies and larger entities that are aiming for sustainable growth in today’s uncertain and fluid economic environment. We also recommend attendance for investors in these types of business – specifically those who seek a clearer understanding of the growth capability of their portfolio companies and the impact on future performance and value.

James recently presented this workshop at the Chairman’s Network in London, where it was very well received.

About James Raath

James is an entrepreneur with a lifelong love of business. He established several businesses in South Africa, including a disruptive logistics company that won corporate clients from large, established industry players. Having achieved success, he decided to focus his attention on helping other businesses do the same. James knew that world-class operational performance came from people who were fired up, focused, enthusiastic and allowed to give free rein to their talents. He also understood that a powerful collective 'commercial mindset', based on core entrepreneurial principles, was a way to build a sustainable competitive advantage. From this base, he developed the Growth Predictor IndexTM model, which was deployed throughout several market sectors with great success. Customers ranged from high-growth, owner-managed businesses through to large multi-nationals.
