What will a no-deal Brexit mean for EEA nationals?

EEA nationals now have clarity in one area in the event of a no deal, says Stone King.

With all the uncertainty around Brexit there is now clarity in one area in the event of a no deal – the admission of EEA nationals to the UK.

Cambridge immigration solicitor Julie Moktadir explains: “Confirmation was received yesterday (Monday, January 28 2019) in a government document stating that all EEA nationals coming to the UK post 30 March 2019 will be admitted under UK immigration rules and will require permission.”

If you, your business or school needs immigration advice please email Julie or contact her on 01223 612082.
