As such, we have found that two-thirds of our current lawyers are female (66.5%), across all departments.
Woodfines is also ahead of the national average at a more senior level – the SRA reports that just 33% of women are partners in law firms across the UK. However, at Woodfines, our partnership is more evenly split, with 45% of women at the top level.
