In the first of many free evening sessions from Software East, Sallyann will be presenting an experience report of a very large-scale agile adoption and one of the world's largest SAFe implementations to date (at Travis Perkins).
This session will focus on the cultural change that has taken place and some of the surprising catalysts to this change. It will also discuss some of the things that did not work and what the existing challenges are.
With a busy calendar of evening events coming to fruition, the largest software developers network in the East of England is looking forward to seeing many new and returning faces - starting with this excellent session led by well-known Agile coach, Sallyann.
Sallyann is an agile coach and mentor experienced in working with both mature agile teams and those new to an agile approach. Her 20-year IT career has covered roles in development, design, analysis, UI and Project Management on projects as diverse as industrial real-time process control systems and banking CRM.
The event is being hosted by GE Energy Cambridge.
