It follows the success of June’s inaugural session, at which Safety Rocks launched the course – the only one of its kind in motorsport to be motorsport and certified by NEBOSH, the globally recognised health, safety and risk‑management awarding body that creates professional qualifications used by organisations all over the world.
The course gives organisers, officials, teams and volunteers practical tools to manage risk across real motorsport environments – from paddocks, service parks, pitlanes and garages to spectator zones, marshalling points and media areas.
June’s first session brought these groups together from across UK motorsport – rally, circuit racing, trucks, karts, team managers, ASN representatives, safety professionals, sponsors and trade associations – to strengthen standards throughout the sport.
Leading UK motorsport figures – including Motorsport Industry Association CEO Chris Aylett – have been full of praise for what Safety Rocks has created for the sport as it evolves so as to safeguard its future.
