YPOG advises AI specialist Plumerai on a Series A Financing Round

Berlin, October 1, 2025 – YPOG is pleased to announce its first UK deal since the launch of its London office. The UK team of YPOG has advised London-based AI specialist Plumerai on its USD 8.7 million Series A financing round, covering all legal aspects of the transaction. The round was led by Partech and OTB Ventures, with participation from Acclimate Ventures and existing investors.   

Plumerai develops ultra-efficient Tiny AI solutions that enable real-time, on-device intelligence for cameras and embedded devices — offering minimal power use and maximum privacy. Its technology powers millions of devices worldwide, including products from the Chamberlain Group, found in more than 50 million households. 

With the new funding, Plumerai aims to expand its capabilities in bringing Vision-LLM features to billions of edge devices. These include advanced functionalities such as AI Video Search and AI Captions, enabling smarter and more contextual video analysis directly on-device.
