Faye was retained to design an employee engagement strategy and implementation plan to assist Napp in achieving their Inspiring Workplace priority. Napp nominated Faye for the Unsung Hero Award as “without Faye’s dedication and involvement we would not have been able to achieve what we did in such a short amount of time”.
As an employee engagement specialist Faye also brought a kit-bag of tools and techniques with her on the project that involved her knowledge of third party providers, systems and tools. From prior communications work, Faye also knew well how to leverage and motivate internal resources.
