Are you a busy internal communicator juggling everything from strategy to town halls, chief comms officer on internal change projects and editor in chief for internal messages?
Are you constantly balancing multiple demands from multiple sources with limited time, budget and support?
If any of these scenarios sound familiar, you're not alone.
Around three quarters of in-house teams are experiencing a skills shortage, with internal comms and strategic planning among the top gaps.
As a volunteer through the Institute of Internal Communication Mentoring Scheme I've been using my 30+ years' experience in internal comms to give something back to others in the profession, and help them in a way I wish I could have been helped.
I'm now extending this service by offering FREE mentoring sessions* to one member of The Cambridge Network.
You could be:
- an internal communications team of one
- new to internal communication
- responsible for internal communication as part of your day job
You might need help in any of the following areas:
- Getting to grips with a new role or project
- Coping through periods of self-doubt
- Exposure to new / different perspectives
- Developing skills and/or competencies
- Learning from a more experienced professional
*There will be three sessions in total, 45 mins each, held by Zoom/Teams, between March and September.
