The Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is inviting businesses, educators, local authorities, and other stakeholders to share their insights to help shape the region’s skills and training priorities. Local input is essential to ensure workforce strategies reflect the real needs of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough’s economy and communities.

There are several ways to contribute.

You can take part in confidential 1-to-1 interviews to share insights on regional skills by contacting [email protected].

You can also complete the online skills survey to highlight workforce challenges and priorities. Take the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LX9NR8T

If you would prefer to respond asynchronously, you can submit your insights via VideoAsk. Stakeholders can contribute here: https://www.videoask.com/fp9p15uiy and employers here: https://www.videoask.com/fe0i9xelq

Finally, if your organisation already holds relevant research, labour market data, or programme evaluations, these can be shared by emailing [email protected].

Your input will strengthen the LSIP evidence base and help ensure the next iteration reflects the region’s priorities, supporting the development of a stronger and more responsive workforce.
