Local charity provides way to share precious Christmas memories

As Christmas approaches, a local charity has provided a special way for people to remember a loved one and honour those they will be missing this Christmas.

The charity holds festive events like wreath-making for local families

As we approach the festive season, local charity, Caring Together, has provided an online page where anyone can share a memory of someone special they will be missing or remembering this Christmas.

Zoe Bunter, Head of Communications at the charity said, "Christmas is special because of the people we share it with and the memories we hold dear. We wanted to provide a way for people across Cambridgeshire to share their special memories. It's open to everyone and you can also share a photo if you wish to."

The charity will use any donations made on the page to help local families struggling with disability and serious illness this Christmas.

"We would love local companies and employers to tell their teams about the page", said Zoe, "so everyone has the opportunity to tell others about the people who have made their lives and Christmases so special."
