A platform for businesses to share ideas with successful apprenticeship employers/providers

On Tuesday 31 July, Form the Future CIC will be holding an information-sharing event for Cambridgeshire organisations eager to learn more about apprenticeships, and how they can benefit their business.

This informal session at 8am-10am will be ideal for companies that wish to learn more about apprenticeships and how they can help them to develop a workforce with the necessary skills to succeed. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn from other employers about how they're using apprenticeships to plug their skills gaps, and meet local training and education providers who can provide support and run through the steps to bring an apprentice into your business.

At previous Apprenticeships Breakfasts, leading STEM organisations, MedImmune and Domino Printing have shared their positive experiences with employing apprentices and tips for recruitment.

Hosted by Anglia Ruskin University, this event forms part of the skills service delivered by Form the Future on behalf of the Greater Cambridge Partnership.

Marc Rothera from Anglia Ruskin University will speak about degree apprenticeships and Anne Bailey, Co-Founder and Director of Form the Future will be giving an update on what’s happened since the apprenticeship levy was introduced, and explain how Form the Future is promoting apprenticeships in local schools.

The event is free to attend but places are limited, so please book now on Eventbrite: www.formthefuture.org.uk/apprenticeship-breakfast.
