According to Cambridge folklore, the concept for the Edinburgh Festival was first pitched to the city of Cambridge… and turned down. But now a small team of passionate Cambridge-based arts and business people are aiming to right the balance with the launch of a new multi-arts festival, House of Cambridge, in 2018.
