Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) School of Medicine and Sunderland Medical School – the first of five new medical schools to open under the government initiative to boost the numbers of doctors training across England – have both chosen Speedwell to help with their assessment requirements.
ARU School of Medicine welcomed their first cohort of students in September 2018. Prior to this, they engaged Speedwell to help with their admissions interviews which were run in mini multiple interview (MMI) format. Before rolling out the software to online single best answer (SBA) exams as the course progressed.

In August 2019, Sunderland Medical School confirmed that Speedwell’s eSystem would be used by the Medical school. Initially for organising their question bank and then for running SBA and OSCE exams in their brand-new state of the art facilities.
