The new suite featuring seven private day case bays has welcomed its first patients for treatments performed by leading Cambridge consultants.
Designed to meet increasing demand for day case procedures at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital, patients can now be admitted directly to the suite with specialist medical teams on hand to provide an efficient and effective pathway to high-level healthcare for procedures such as endoscopy, cataract surgery, orthopaedics, urology, general surgery.
“This is an exceptional new facility, and it is available to everyone,” said Sophie Hudson, Sales and Services Manager. “The suite enables us to continue supporting self-pay, private and NHS patients for elective day case procedures, ensuring their time with us provides swift access to expert clinical care and advanced technology with privacy and ease.”
The new Day Case Suite provides premium private care and comfort that patients would expect during a stay at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital including TV, temperature-control, Wi-Fi and first-class catering.
