Visa/work permits for working in France

Le Cheminant International's local partner firm in France is expert in arranging visas/work permits for highly qualified staff. They have recently reported surprise that they get a lot of interest for USA expats but not for British ones.

Le Cheminant International's partner firm that provides Employer of Record (EOR) services (Employing staff on behalf of clients) expressed some frustration recently that they do not receive more UK interest in their service for work permits in France/European Blue Card for UK Employees.

Concerning work permits, we have done 13 "Passeport Talent" arrangements since 2023 for many various nationalities: USA nationals, Indian, Filipino, Brazilian, Syrian, Turkish, Bolivian but surprisingly no English. We have a faster process than a standard work permit and employees can come to France and start working only in a few weeks.

The costs of record service and visa/work permit are:

🇫🇷 France
✔️ EOR 670€ / month / employee
➕ Optional HR monitoring & expense tracking: +70€ / month / employee
🛂 Work permit: 3,500€ (one-time fee)

🇲🇦 Morocco
✔️ EOR Moroccan nationals: 550€ / month / employee
✔️ EOR Expatriates: 650€ / month / employee
🛂 Work permit: 1200€ (one-time fee)
📇 Residency card: 1,300€ (one-time fee)

🇩🇿 Algeria
✔️ EOR 13% of gross salary + employer charges / month / employee
🛂 Work permit: 3,000€ (one-time fee)

Talent Passport process

We have more and more requests to process those talent passports and it is because many companies need to onboard non-EU nationals but so many companies are not aware that it can be done fast to bring them on site.

It is a real market especially for hi-tec firms and their recruitment agencies: and why not for English ones ?
