Cambridge Network is delighted to welcome Melanie Davies, and award-winning sleep and stress consultant to lead our July PA group session. This will cover:
- The science behind why sleep matters and how to optimise conditions for the best possible sleep.
- Evidence-based strategies to curate the ideal sleep environment and manage behavioural habits.
- Practical experience to learn techniques which quiet a busy mind to allow optimal, restorative rest.
Melanie Davies is an award-winning sleep and stress consultant, and advanced skills hypnotherapist. Her practical, evidence-based workplace wellbeing workshops help teams optimise sleep and manage stress. These have been successfully received in numerous settings from conferences for education professionals, GP surgeries for medics and their support staff, and corporate companies. Melanie has delivered sleep optimisation sessions for the FSB and been a guest on Cambridge FM radio, as well as writing a regular wellbeing column for the award-winning Velvet Magazine. She regularly offers stress relief and sleep optimisation sessions for Maggie’s cancer care staff and their visitors. This session is free to attend for PAs in Cambridge Network member companies with more than 6 staff. If there are more than 3 attendees per company and I have a waiting list I may have to rejuggle some of the places to try to keep it fair for everyone.
