Melanie Davies Mind Solutions provides Workplace Wellbeing services, specialising in sleep optimisation, stress management and confidence building for teams and individuals.
Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of a range of workplaces including businesses and corporate settings of all sizes, educational establishments, healthcare and public sector providers.
Workshops and presentations can be delivered in person or online across the UK and internationally.
Melanie Davies is an Advanced Skills Practitioner in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a trained BLAST trauma therapist, and a sleep and stress consultant. She specialises in supporting people to better manage sleep, stress, and anxiety. An evidence-based practitioner, she is registered with both the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
As an evidence-based practitioner, Melanie has built her therapeutic career on a background of over three decades in high stress, high-accountability educational settings as an accredited lead practitioner, teacher, trainer, coach and mentor. She holds additional specialist qualifications in Stress Management and Resilience Building approved by the International Association of Stress Management, ISMA (UK). In 2019, she was honoured with a Founding Fellowship to the Chartered College of Teaching for services to education.
Alongside her one-to-one and corporate work, Melanie delivers bi-monthly group sessions for staff and visitors at Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre in Cambridge, and has also facilitated group hypnotherapy sessions for the HCCN women’s group.
Her Workplace Wellbeing programmes support professionals in high-pressure roles—including medics and GP surgery staff, education professionals, and corporate teams—helping them protect their mental health, improve sleep, and build sustainable, healthy habits.
A seasoned presenter, Melanie has appeared on podcasts and Cambridge Radio, and writes a regular column for the acclaimed Velvet Magazine, where she shares practical, evidence-based wellbeing insights.
