Supporting Employees: Understanding how people might show up at work

This interactive half-day workshop is designed specifically for line managers to bridge the gap between awareness and action.

As neurodivergent individuals (including those with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia) make up a significant portion of the workforce (1 in 5 people), understanding how to lead with a neuro-inclusive lens is no longer optional—it is a competitive advantage and could help to save you costly tribunal or performance management costs.

Workshop Overview

This interactive half-day workshop is designed specifically for line managers to bridge the gap between awareness and action. As neurodivergent individuals (including those with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia) make up a significant portion of the workforce (1 in 5 people), understanding how to lead with a neuro-inclusive lens is no longer optional—it is a competitive advantage and could help to save you costly tribunal or performance management costs.

This session moves beyond basic definitions to provide managers with the practical tools, communication strategies, and management techniques required to unlock the unique strengths of neurodivergent talent and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, managers will be able to:

  • Define neurodiversity and recognize the value of "cognitive diversity" within a team.
