The company has a focus on career development even for senior staff, encouraging skills development and opportunities for advancement. They’re keen to have a positive impact on society and offer flexible hours and a good work-life balance as well as highly competitive remuneration and comprehensive benefits.
For this role you’ll need:
- Solid fundamental electronics design experience for commercial-grade PCBs, including schematics capture and PCB layout using EDA software such as Altium Designer, along with board bring-up and diagnostics.
- Prior work with high speed digital design, including interfacing with PCI Express, modern DDRx memory standards, and comparable peripheral interfaces; and ideally work with PCBs hosting top end FPGAs (Xilinx / Altera).
- Practical experience resolving DfT and EMC considerations.
- A good degree in electronics, physics, maths or another technical subject, from a top university.
Supporting skills with Linux toolchains, Python scripting and VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog HDL are useful additions.
