Flexibility
Module topics and content can be tailored to reflect organisational priorities and culture, helping to ensure that learning is directly relevant to each graduate’s experience within your organisation.
Commitment
To ensure meaningful participation, graduates are expected to allocate approximately 10% of their working hours, equivalent to one full day every fortnight, for the duration of the year.
Timeline
The scheme can begin at any point in the year, depending on when is most convenient for your organisation, and runs for 12 months from the start date.
Group Size
To guarantee a high-quality learning experience for every participant, each cohort is limited to a maximum of 12 graduates. This approach ensures personalised attention, meaningful interaction, and a supportive environment for all.
