On 6th May 2006, I opened the doors to 12 Degrees.

There was no grand plan. Just a genuine love of events, a belief in doing things properly, and the conviction that if you worked hard, paid attention to the detail, and treated people well, you could build something that lasted.

Twenty years later, 12 Degrees is still here — still Cambridge-based, still independently run, and still delivering corporate, fundraising and team events across the UK.

The events industry has changed beyond recognition in that time. Hybrid events, sustainability agendas, technology-driven logistics — none of that existed in 2006. And yet the fundamentals haven't shifted at all. Relationships still matter most. Detail still separates good from great. And the trust a client places in you is still something earned over time, never taken for granted.

To mark the milestone, 12 Degrees has made 20 UK impacts through B1G1: Business for Good — one for every year in business — and committed to giving a Buddy Bag to a child in crisis every single month going forward. Because the best anniversaries aren't just about looking back.
