We’re delighted to share that Kylie Seaman has earned the title of Master Trainer — a recognition awarded to a small group of individuals worldwide who demonstrate outstanding facilitation, deep knowledge of the Emergenetics model, and a strong track record of supporting others.
Emergenetics is a scientifically-based psychometric tool that identifies how people think and behave – bringing awareness of self and others to help individuals and teams improve communication, collaboration, and performance.
Kylie’s path to Master Trainer involved a rigorous process and her achievement reflects both her personal commitment and the value she brings to the Emergenetics UK & Ireland network.
As Head of Client Solutions, Kylie plays a key role in supporting over 160 Associates across the UK and Ireland. She brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to everything she does — and is widely respected for her knowledge and reputation for providing expert support.
Kylie becomes one of just two Master Trainers in the region, working alongside David Sales, Director, Emergenetics UK & Ireland, at the Cambridge-based headquarters.
“Becoming a Master Trainer is something I’ve worked towards for a long time,” Kylie said. “I’ve received great support to be able to achieve this and am looking forward to continuing to bring the benefits of Emergenetics to more organisations.”
This achievement is not only a personal milestone for Kylie, but also a meaningful moment for the broader Emergenetics community and reflects the organisation’s continued investment in excellence and practitioner development.
