What is influencing training?
There is an increasing need for many of us to be able to persuade others to adopt our ideas, plans and arguments.
Whilst the technique of influencing is an art, it can be taught. There are a range of skills that can be understood and developed to maximise the chances of persuasion succeeding.
During the day the course covers:
- an overview of the fundamentals of influencing
- the effective use of structure
- the golden rules of persuasion
- the use of rhetorical devices
- how to manage emotion effectively.

- Practical guidance on how to present your ideas so that others adopt them and own them.
