Inaugural UK Conference of Bioinformatics and Computation Biology is virtual

The first ever UK Conference of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (UKCBCB) takes place at the end of September - a two day virtual event which brings together the diverse bioscience disciplines which increasingly rely on powerful computational infrastructures to store, share and analyse large datasets.

The conference, hosted by the Earlham Institute on 29 and 30 September, will bring together researchers, software developers and data managers working across the life sciences to share ideas, discoveries, tools and best practice in computational methods.

Registration is £10 for the event, which features a wealth of experienced speakers from a range of backgrounds, discussing everything from single-cell genomics to data management and bioinformatics.

Professor Neil Hall, Director of the Earlham Institute, explains what to expect, and the benefits of attending the inaugural UKCBCB.

Deadline to register is 20 September 2020.
