When conflict occurs, it can have a far-reaching impact on motivation and performance. Conflict can break down relations and damage trust - and in some cases may require skillful intervention to resolve the situation.

Another one day workshop, Handling Conflict on Friday 21st March, will give managers an understanding of how to avoid and manage conflict situations, so they can help maintain harmony and achieve greater team effectiveness.  This programme looks at the main strategies of conflict and typical behaviours that should be managed to help reduce both the frequency and impact of conflict.

The programme looks at conflict strategies, behaviours that cause conflict, dysfunctional teams, and dealing with conflict when it happens. The course leader will encourage participation and self awareness. Delegates will have the opportunity to discuss their own experiences and work on areas of challenge they may face.
