SHE does safety Ltd is delighted to share that Director Laura Tull has been shortlisted for the Leader in Health & Safety Consultancy Award 2026.
The award recognises individuals making a significant impact within health and safety consultancy through expert guidance, practical solutions, professional standards, leadership and integrity.
For Laura, the recognition is particularly meaningful because those principles sit at the heart of why SHE does safety was created.
SHE works with businesses across a wide range of sectors, providing Competent Person support, health and safety reviews, fire risk assessments, DSEAR support, workplace inspections, management systems and health and safety documentation.
The approach is deliberately practical and proportionate: understanding how an organisation operates, considering the risks it faces and providing professional advice.
Laura said:
“When I started SHE does safety, I wanted to do consultancy a little differently, I know we all say it but the vision has always been to collaborate and foster understanding. Health and safety should support businesses rather than overwhelm them. We focus on giving clients practical, proportionate advice they can actually use, so being recognised in a category that celebrates those values means an enormous amount.
“I actually found out I’d been shortlisted while picking up sausage rolls for a 70th birthday, which probably sums up life running a small business rather well! I’m genuinely shocked, but incredibly happy.”
As an independent consultancy, SHE does safety works closely with its clients to provide both ongoing support and individual consultancy services, helping organisations develop sensible health and safety arrangements that reflect their people, activities and risks.
Laura added:
