Germany and Netherlands --registration just as a foreign employer

Firms expanding their staffing outside UK (or wherever the company is based) can just register as a “foreign employer” instead of engaging in the cost and commitment of forming a branch, subsidiary or other legal entity. Two Italian companies have recently used this method to safely expand staffing in Europe.

Over the past couple of months Cambridge based Le Cheminant International registered an Italian biotech company just as a Foreign Employer in Italy, and registered another Italian company as a Foreign Employer in Netherlands in order to employ a person in each country.

The registration was rapid and the cost of running the payrolls are €140 per month in Germany and €168 per month in Netherlands•   Any extra staff will cost  another €30 per employee per month.
The clients can have a routine payrolls in Germany and Netherlands  without all the costs of an “Employer of Record Service” or the commitment of setting up a branch or subsidiary.
