- Automated Monitoring – wireless sensors to automate human checks using IoT technologies
- Operational Insights – out of the box dashboards that provide management information on performance and trends across organisations
- Value-added consulting and business services (including compliance management).
Next, based in Fleet, Hampshire, UK has been helping management teams to improve productivity and profitability for over 25 years.
Through its Tutela brand, Next is a leader in high-end service based temperature monitoring for healthcare and life sciences within the UK. In addition through its Next and Axon brands, it provides data-related Building Energy Management System (BEMS) services. Next has a major relationship with a leading UK retailer covering smart building and plant technologies.
Combining product strengths, extending markets, creating opportunities for new propositions
The combined organisation will have product strengths in work management, environmental monitoring, compliance and building and energy management. This will create opportunities to deliver new, compelling propositions to our target markets.

The combined organisation will continue to operate at its existing locations, thereby maintaining high levels of customer service and using mutual strengths to support customers at scale.
