GUARDTECH are preparing for another exciting awards season after earning finalist places at three prestigious events – with the company’s innovative Cleancube solutions once again taking centre stage.
The East Anglian contamination control specialists will first head to the Pharma Industry Awards at Park Plaza Riverbank, London, on Wednesday 23 September, where Guardtech are finalists in the Innovation – Medium category.
Attention will then turn to a remarkable double-header on Friday 9 October. Guardtech are shortlisted for Innovation of the Year at the 2026 National Building & Construction Awards for their pioneering Cleancube aseptic pharmacy laboratory solutions, with the showpiece event taking place at Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge Hotel.
The nomination carries extra significance after Guardtech claimed the same honour two years ago, giving the team the opportunity to secure a memorable repeat victory.
On the very same evening, Guardtech will also be represented closer to home at the Bury Free Press Awards 2026, where the company are finalists in the Manufacturing & Innovation category for their Cleancube solutions. The Black-Tie Gala Dinner will take place at The Apex in Bury St Edmunds from 6pm.
The schedule continues Guardtech’s strong recent record of recognition across the cleanroom and construction sectors. In 2025, the business also reached three major awards finals, including the Pharma Industry Awards and London Construction Awards, with their Aseptic Pharmacy Cleancube development earning a Product Innovation of the Year nomination.
Associate Commercial Director Joe Shackley said:
“The Cleancube team have produced some exceptional work over the past few years, and these three nominations are another fantastic recognition of what they continue to achieve.
“From Design and Manufacturing through to Projects, Installation, Compliance and Commercial, there are so many people who contribute to bringing these facilities to life. The level of innovation, care and determination that goes into every Cleancube project is something everyone at Guardtech should be incredibly proud of.”
Cleancube Mobile Cleanrooms provide fully pre-fabricated, off-site manufactured controlled environments that can be rapidly deployed for Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences and High-Tech Engineering applications.
Recent developments have seen the platform increasingly utilised for complex aseptic pharmacy and GMP manufacturing requirements, helping organisations introduce new capacity while reducing the disruption associated with traditional construction.
The latest nominations build on a strong period for Guardtech, with the company’s expanding portfolio continuing to earn recognition for innovation, engineering and project delivery.
Shackley added:
“Awards are never the reason we do what we do, but they provide a brilliant opportunity to recognise the people behind the projects.
“The wider Guardtech family consistently goes above and beyond for our clients, and these shortlistings reflect the efforts of everyone across the business. Whether we come home with three trophies or none, reaching these finals alongside some outstanding organisations is already a huge achievement.
“That said, we’ve won the National Building & Construction Award before – so we’d certainly love to bring it home again!”
Guardtech’s previous awards campaigns have highlighted the company’s continued focus on innovation, collaboration and delivering increasingly complex controlled-environment projects across their specialist brands.
