Elektron Technology Plc has successfully completed the divestment of its Bulgin business. In May this year Elektron announced the acquisition of Next Control Systems, a leader in temperature monitoring for healthcare and life sciences through its Tutela brand, and building energy management systems through its Next and Axon brands.
