Last month, June 2026, we made a presentation to a South American company that had a client looking for an Employer of Record service in Greenland. This is the first time we have ever worked on a project for Greenland.
The parameters were:
Salary: about USD245,000 per annum
Employer Social Security: 1.9% of salary.
Pension (not mandatory but the client offered it to the employee): 10% of salary.
Health and Life insurance: about DKK7,000 per year-about US$1000 per year.
Plus of course the fee required by our partner firm in Greenland.
