(Jim) Hinrichs will be appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 6, 2015, with global responsibility for Finance, Procurement, IT and Shared Services. Hinrichs succeeds David (Dave) Teitel who will remain with the Company during a transition period.
