Outpatient Bookings Administrator

The role will be working within a fast-paced administration team that covers the outpatient booking process for patients attending the hospital for clinic appointments. As an Outpatient Bookings Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently administering requests for appointment, ensuring the company is able to meet and exceed their service deliverables.

The Opportunity
As our Outpatient Bookings Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Booking patient appointments via the telephone onto the patient information system

  • Liaising with Outpatient Manager, Consultants and their Medical secretaries to ensure the smooth running of the outpatient department

  • Processing of incoming referrals from GP practices and ensuring all patients have appointments
