The Opportunity
As our Outpatient Bookings Administrator you will be responsible for:

Booking patient appointments via the telephone onto the patient information system

Liaising with Outpatient Manager, Consultants and their Medical secretaries to ensure the smooth running of the outpatient department

Processing of incoming referrals from GP practices and ensuring all patients have appointments
