Liz Smith

Liz has over 30 years’ experience in human resources, management and organisational development and is used to working at all levels within organisations. During her career she has held roles in a variety of organisations, including GlaxoSmithKline, Napp Pharmaceuticals, the NHS and Harvard University. She has also been a Visiting Tutor (in leadership development) at Henley Business School. Now a senior learning and development consultant, Liz works with individuals, teams and organisations, providing services that support them in becoming the best that they can be. In practice, this means a mix of coaching, consulting, training and facilitation, depending on what is needed. Her style combines in-depth expertise with an ability to really understand and ‘come alongside’ people and situations.
Liz mostly works with scientific, technical and professional organisations, and her areas of particular focus are effective people management, authentic personal leadership, and using strengths-based models to enhance confidence, resilience and personal effectiveness. Her first degree is in Natural Sciences from Cambridge, and she holds a Masters in HR from the London School of Economics. Nathan Whitbread

Nathan is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who specialises in empowering neurodiversity in the workplace. He supports neurodivergent professionals, leaders and their organisations to translate difference into genuine strength. Nathan helps individuals and teams move beyond awareness to practical action, with a focus on understanding how neurodiversity shows up day to day and how to respond effectively.
Nathan is currently working towards a diploma in cross-vocational supervision (IPSRP) and accreditation as a coaching supervisor.
