Any of the courses that we offer can be organised as an in-house course. If you want to train a number of staff, this can work out to be a cost-effective and timely solution. Some of our members do this regularly for courses such as transition to management, interviewing skills and introduction to coaching.
From the commencement of the Learning Collaboration, we have provided courses for Cambridge Network members across the UK and Europe, and as far afield as California, USA. Whatever our members request, and wherever they need the training to take place, we make sure we can accommodate them.
In-house courses are usually tailored to the requirements of a specific business or industry sector, so companies can ensure that the training meets their organisation’s needs.
